Each of our calendars consists of 13 sheets (cover plus 12 months) in addition to a heavy card backing. They are wirobound with a hanger and printed on a substantial 160gsm stock. The cover contains a montage of the 12 pictures used in the calendar. Our professionally designed calendar styles are available in both A4 and A3 size in addition to our Double A4 format which is ideal for portrait pictures or those who like to make copious notes on their calendar. Considerable thought has been given to both the design and materials used in our calendars to ensure that they are both attractive and practical to use. Our calendars also feature all public holidays for England, Wales and Scotland.

The benefits of ordering an Offsite calendar don't stop there!  We have purposely avoided using a totally automated picture placement system to create our calendars, this allows our design team to check the positioning and cropping of all the pictures. The result is a well balanced, well cropped set of pictures regardless of whether the originals are portrait or landscape.

You can send us your 12 pictures as either digital files, prints or negatives. If you are sending digital files you can use our simple upload facility when placing your order online or alternatively you can send them to us on CD. Digital pictures sent on CD must be renamed as "January" "February" "March" etc. Prints or negatives must be clearly labelled for monthly sequence.
